Shipping Within Australia

All orders are shipped using Australia Post. All orders placed on weekdays will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 1-3 days (check with PO).

Postage is include in the item prices.

Exchanges and Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect order or incorrect size.

Faulty Item Returns

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. Your items are thoroughly checked before they are shipped to you but if you receive an item which you believe to be faulty we are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault. If you believe your garment has a manufacturing fault please contact us at eden@tidalmarineandco.com.au and we will treat it with the highest priority. In order to speed the process up please email some photos of the fault/issue.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 1-3 days on acceptance of your return and you will be kept updated on it’s progress.
